RESERVATIONS

Services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. We require a credit card or gift certificate number to book appointments. Walk-ins are based on availability.

CHECK-INS

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This will allow ample time for a skin consultation necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs. If you are a first-time client, a profile will also be completed prior to your service. Any specials, promotions, offers or vouchers must be presented then.

LATE ARRIVALS

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you are still responsible for full service fees.

CANCELLATIONS

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24-hours advanced notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. We understand that things “come-up”, so any changes or cancellations made after the 24-hours window are subject to a Cancellation Fee of $50 for each service that would have to be rendered. This policy also applies to: introductory promotions and gift cards and certificates from us, and offers, vouchers, and gift cards and certificates from any third parties.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please advise us at the time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs that may affect your services.

CLEANLINESS

Keeping our commitments to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

CELL PHONES

To guarantee a relaxing visit for all guests, we ask that you please mute cell phones during your visit with us. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas.

LOSSES OR DAMAGES

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any losses or damages of personal items. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robes provided for your convenience.

GRATUITIES

Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 15-25% of each service price is appropriate and appreciated. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.

PROMOTIONS

Specials must be mentioned and approved prior to making your appointment. They cannot be used or combined with any other introductory promotions, offers or vouchers or third party gift cards or certificates. Introductory promotions, offers or vouchers or third party gift cards or certificates can only be used once. Otherwise you will have to pay the difference of the original cost of the service.

PAYMENTS

All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. Any specials, introductory promotions, offers or vouchers, gift cards or certificates or third party gift cards or certificates must be mentioned at the time of booking, which are all subjected to applicable taxes.

GIFT CARDS OR CERTIFICATES

All gift cards or certificates including third party ones must be mentioned and approved prior to making your appointment. They can be applied to services or products.

IN-STORE CREDITS

General in-store credits can be applied to services, products, gift cards or certificates.

RETURNS

All returns or reimbursement of any payments for transactions on any prior services or gift cards or certificates cannot be processed.

PRODUCTS

Unused products in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original payment method when accompanied with their original receipt(s). After 14 days, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned for the full amount paid for in in-store credit when accompanied with their original receipt(s). Opened and/or used personal products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

SERIES

All series have absolutely no expiration date, and grant advanced booking of up to three months. All series can be shared with friends and family; they can book appointments under the name of the purchaser. Gift certificates can be issued from any series. Call us back means calling us back and purchasing any series at another, later time, and today means purchasing any series on-the-spot in-store. All series must be pre-deposited or prepaid before usage. Partial deposits for series can be made in two or three payments, and the partial deposits must be made before the series can be used. The service type of series can be exchanged with other services of its same type that is equal or lesser in its original, non-discounted value. All series are applicable to all service-providers as they must uphold the same company standards. Unused fully deposited series can be fully refunded in their original payment method for any reason within 30 days of the fully deposited date by calling, emailing, or informing us in-store. After 30 days, unused fully deposited series can only be fully refunded in in-store credit for any reason, and the service type of series can be exchanged with other services of its same type that is equal or lesser in its original, non-discounted value. Unused partially deposited series can be fully refunded in their original payment method for any reason within 14 days of the partially deposited date by calling, emailing, or informing us in-store. After 14 days, unused partially deposited series can only be fully refunded in in-store credit for any reason, and the service type of series can be exchanged with other services of its same type that is equal or lesser in its original, non-discounted value. Used series can only be cancelled if the purchaser or receiver relocates to another state or country when accompanied with a proof-of-address, and used services from those series will no longer be charged at discounted prices, but at original, non-discounted prices, and the remainder balance of the series will be fully refunded in their original payment method.
